DOES NOT IGNITE

When an electric stove does not start, ensure the appliance power cord is plugged in and all circuit breakers are on. You will want to check the pilot light for gas stoves. If the stove is plugged in and the pilot light is on in the oven, that means a different part of the oven will need to be fixed. The reason for the problem could be an surface element, infinite switch, oven burner igniter or broil and bake element.

OVEN WILL NOT HEAT

A burner or stove that does not produce heat does not do much. Your oven doesn’t heat when there is a broken oven sensor or a malfunctioning bake element. A burner does not heat if an element is broken or if the burner switch or terminal block do not work. OVEN IS TOO HOT

IGNITER DOES NOT LIGHT

A common stove issue is that an igniter glows but it won’t light. The cause is sometimes from either a broken surface igniter, safety valve, electronic control or temperature sensor. We can determine if we are able to fix these appliance parts or if we need to replace the parts.

DOOR WON’T OPEN

Newer self-cleaning models of ovens sometimes experience door issues often. The door doesn’t open after the cleaning cycle. We inspect the door latch, seal and thermostat to identify why the door will not open up and then we complete the repair in order to resolve the problem.
