Q. SHOULD YOU REPAIR OR REPLACE A BROKEN HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE?

A. A broken appliance in a house will result in two choices. You can either schedule appliance repair in an try to save a little money and keep on using your old oven, refrigerator, dishwasher or dryer or washer or replace the old appliance with a brand new unit.

Appliances have an expected lifetime. If the broken home appliance is within the earlier or middle timeframe of that average lifetime, we recommend calling our appliance repair company. If the appliance is near the final part of its lifetime, we recommend replacing it with a new model if you have a budget for it.

These are the estimated lifetimes of every model of appliances:

Dishwasher: 10 years
Washer: 11 years
Dryer: 14 years
Refrigerator: 15 years
Gas Ovens: 15 years
Electric Stove: 15 years
Freezer: 15 years

Q. DOES YOUR SERVICE INCLUDE A WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE?

A. We do. We provide a 12-month warranty on manufacturer parts and our labor. We also use manufacturer replacement parts for LG, Frigidaire, GE, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Sub-Zero, Amana, Wolf, Whirlpool and many other common appliance brands so we can preserve the manufacturer’s warranty. Q. ARE YOU ABLE TO YOU REPAIR MY BROKEN APPLIANCE ON THE FIRST VISIT?

A. Yes. We load all of our vans with 90% of the common manufacturer appliance parts and all of the tools to complete our appliance repair service. In the event we have to return at a later time to finish a repair, there will be no extra service cost. We estimate we are able to complete over 95% of our appliance repair appointments on the first visit.

Q. IS THERE A TIMEFRAME FOR AN APPOINTMENT?

A. Yes. We will provide a 1-3 hour window for our technician to arrive at your residence. We are aware of how important our customer’s time is so we do our best to ensure we arrive in the early part of our service window. That said, if a previous appointment or repair takes much longer than we thought it would, this allows the technician time to be able to still arrive on schedule within the service window. We always call 10-20 minutes prior to their arrival.
